The level of chaos from protests at universities across the country has not been seen in decades.

“These private schools, they're organized as public educational charities underneath our tax laws and therefore, they must serve the public good because they're educational charities," he said. "They get significant and special fees on their investments and they're funded by the American taxpayer to a great degree.”
